El otro dia configurando un vcenter, instalé el HP Proliant Support pack, y me di cuenta de que el servicio HP Event Notifier Service no arrancaba, dando el error
«Windows could not start the hp insight event notifier on local computer. For more info, review the system event log»
Bien, lo que hay que hacer para solucionarlo, es abrir un Explorador de Windows e ir a WINDOWSSYSTEM32CIMntfy. Una vez ahi, boton derecho sobre lwconfig.exe y lo ejecutamos como administrador para establecer una configuracion de notificaciones inicial válida.
Debería quedar solucionado.
